Akimbo PT Fitness provides muscle confusion training using a variety of equipment such as bands, kettle bells, punching bags and pads, ropes, tractor tires, rowing machines, and so much more. Muscle confusion will help you lose weight, get lean muscle, achieve muscle tone, and burn calories naturally.
Meet Akim

Akim Campbell is the owner and personal trainer at Akimbo PT Fitness. He has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Akim worked at Gold’s Gym as Lead Personal Trainer, at Xperience Fitness as Visual Fitness Plan Manager and Personal Trainer Manager, and at Harlow Sport Centre in London, England as Personal Trainer and as an Aerobic Kickboxing Instructor. He was recognized as Senior Personal Programmer at Harlow Sport Centre for his work teaching KOBO, a class which combines kickboxing and
aerobics.
Akim has a degree in Sports Medicine from Cambridge Regional College in London, England. He is certified in KOBO, StairMaster and BODYPUMP, and includes concepts from these in each individualized program. Akim understands body type, muscle function, heart rate zone, fat burning zone, body plato, and how to maximize your fitness goals. Akim lives and loves fitness; it is his passion as well as his lifestyle. He enjoys motivating and helping people achieve their goals.
